Improving how your body moves and works is at the heart of physiotherapy—whether you’re recovering, managing a condition, or trying to prevent issues down the track.
At Active Recovery, our physiotherapy team offers the Greenway community evidence-based treatments that are tailored to their individual goals. We’re here to support you with hands-on care, practical advice, and a clear plan to help you feel your best.

From injury recovery to managing ongoing pain or health conditions, our physiotherapy services are designed to meet your needs with personalised support every step of the way.

Through careful assessment and hands-on care, we aim to address issues affecting muscles, joints, and bones to help reduce discomfort and improve how your body functions.

Our care may help enhance your coordination, mobility, and independence when navigating a neurological condition.

We assist with managing and rehabilitating sports injuries, so you can return to your sport feeling stronger and more prepared.

We offer many rehab services, including pre- and post-operative, work injury, motor vehicle injury, and sports injury.

We may help you maintain mobility, independence, and an active lifestyle when living with a long-term health condition.

Our approach supports your transition back to work by working through physical barriers and focusing on injury prevention.

We’re here to support you in staying strong and mobile, so you can continue enjoying life on your terms as you age.

Hydrotherapy offers great support for recovery, long-term pain, and general wellness. Come along to one of our sessions.

We offer pain education that unpacks the science of pain and gives you useful ways to understand and take charge of it.
Physiotherapy covers a wide range of needs, from helping with injury recovery to managing everyday aches. With broad experience across clinical and sports settings, our team is here to support you through it all.
Treatment options may include hands-on care such as massage and joint mobilisation, structured exercise therapy, hydrotherapy sessions, dry needling, the use of electrotherapy, hot or cold applications, and education to support your recovery.
Loose, comfortable clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt is best, as it allows your physio to access the area being treated. Comfortable shoes are also advised, as you may need to walk or perform exercises.
Session numbers can vary based on your condition’s severity and how you respond to treatment. Your physio will advise you on how many sessions may be needed and help taper them off as you improve.
Some patients do feel mild discomfort during sessions, but physiotherapy should not cause significant pain. Let your physio know right away if something doesn’t feel right.
