Hydrotherapy offers great support for recovery, long-term pain, and general wellness. Come along to one of our sessions.
We offer pain education that unpacks the science of pain and gives you useful ways to understand and take charge of it.
Physiotherapy can help with a wide range of concerns, from targeted injury recovery to ongoing pain. Our team of clinical and sports physiotherapists brings experience and care to every situation—big or small.
Your physio may use various approaches, including soft tissue techniques, mobilisation, exercise-based rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, hot/cold therapy, and educational strategies to help manage your condition.
Choose comfortable clothing that allows access to the affected body part, such as a t-shirt and shorts. You may be asked to move around during your appointment, so enclosed, comfortable footwear is also a good idea.
Session numbers can vary based on your condition’s severity and how you respond to treatment. Your physio will advise you on how many sessions may be needed and help taper them off as you improve.
While some patients may experience some discomfort, physio treatment should in itself not be very painful. If you feel any discomfort during your session, be sure to communicate this to your physiotherapist so that they can adjust their technique accordingly.
