Physiotherapy can help with a wide range of concerns, from targeted injury recovery to ongoing pain. Our team of clinical and sports physiotherapists brings experience and care to every situation—big or small.
Our physiotherapists may use a range of treatments depending on your condition, such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, tailored exercise programs, hydrotherapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, temperature-based therapies, and education.
We recommend wearing clothing that’s easy to move in and gives your physio access to the area of concern, such as activewear or shorts and a t-shirt. Supportive footwear is also ideal.
This varies from person to person, as it depends on the nature and severity of your condition. Some people also respond better to treatment than others. Your physio will be able to advise on the expected number of sessions and will work with you to gradually decrease their frequency.
You may experience some discomfort as part of treatment, especially when working with sensitive areas, but it shouldn’t be painful. Always tell your physio if something needs adjusting.
